At iwe3.cloud, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since all our products are digital and downloadable, we follow strict refund conditions to protect both buyers and authors.
Due to the nature of digital goods, iwe3.cloud does not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except in the following cases:
You may request a refund if:
The item is broken or not as described
The product does not function as advertised
Critical features mentioned are missing
File is corrupt or incomplete
You are unable to unzip or install the item, and we can't resolve it
Item not received
You paid for an item, but it didn’t become available in your account
Duplicate purchase
You accidentally bought the same item twice (must be reported within 48 hours)
All refund claims will be reviewed by the iwe3.cloud support team and the original author of the product.
Refunds will not be provided if:
You changed your mind or bought the wrong item
You don’t have the technical knowledge to use the item
The product didn’t meet your personal expectations
You no longer need the product
You failed to read the item description/documentation

Include:
Your order ID
The item name
A clear explanation of the issue
We aim to respond within 48–72 hours.
iwe3.cloud reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
We may block users who abuse refund requests
